In compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), all income earners, whether natural or juridical, are required to secure a Certificate of Registration (BIR Form 2303) and Authority-to-Print (ATP) official receipts.
To secure a Certificate of Registration (BIR Form 2303) and printed official receipts with Authority-to-Print (ATP), please refer to the guidelines below:
- Read the checklists and BIR forms carefully. (please follow link for checklists and BIR forms: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/14D6mLes_6kqlnl42ohRDkXPjEc8Tcg0i?usp=sharing)
- Be sure to have the documentary requirements listed in the checklist and reproduce it in triplicate before applying for BIR business registration.
- Fill out the BIR Form 1901/1903 (Application for Registration) and BIR Form 1906 (Application for Authority to Print Receipts) simultaneously.
- Upon completing the requirements and accomplishing BIR Forms, proceed to the Revenue District Office (RDO) that governs you/your business. The RDO is determined based on your business address.
- Submit the requirements with the duly accomplished checklist and BIR forms to the designated officer/evaluator.
- Pay the necessary fees at BIR accredited banks. Please accomplish the following BIR forms necessary for payment of fees:
- Payment Form (BIR Form 0605) for payment of the Annual Registration Fee
- Documentary Stamp Tax Form (BIR Form 2000) for payment of loose documentary stamp tax to be affixed on the Certificate of Registration
- Queue at the Registration Section and submit all requirements.
- If approved, you will receive a receipt and schedule for release of your Registration Certificate. Please take note that some RDOs might require you to attend a seminar about filing of your taxes before the release of the certificate.
